BilingualSupervisor - Customer Service Call Center / 2236 at Tucson

Position Description:

Infinity Insurance Company is currently seeking a Bilingual Supervisor, Customer Service Call Center. This position supervises, trains, evaluates and coordinates the activities of the personnel in Customer Services to ensure that the Departments short and long range objectives are being met, and develops and maintains procedures that result in an efficient work flow within the Unit.

Qualifications:

1. Two years previous supervisory experience in a similar position required. (Insurance Industry Preferred)

2. Four year college degree preferred.
3. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
4. Applicant must be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM with rotating Saturdays between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

5. Current schedule is from 11:30AM to 8:00PM, Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.
