We are looking for an administrator to work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors of our growing small non-profit.
As administrator of the Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona, you will:
- Manage bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Process donations and maintain donor database
- Administer the direct mail program and assist with donor requests
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience with bookkeeping and data administration, knowledge of accounting software, and a passion for attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is required. The position is 20 hours a week, flexibly set according to your schedule within normal business hours.
