We are hiring for an Onsite Call Center Staffing Manager who is bilingual in Spanish and English.  HCM Staffing, Inc. provides staffing and human resources consulting to organizationa throughout the USA.  Many of our clients are in the Financial, Technical or Healthcare sectors with offices throughout the World.

The Onsite Call Center Staffing Manager will be onsite and various clients of ours assisting with the implementation and management of our MSP, Onsite Services and HCM Direct staffing programs.

Ideal candidates will read, write and speak Spanish and English perfectly plus have solid staffing and recruiting experience and skills.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of staffing and recruiting experience in the call center or temporary/permanent staffing industry.

Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

Experience working with ATS and other software systems to manage Hunan Capital, recruiting and staffing.

Ability to work on own and in strong team environment.

Ability to meet with candidates, management and C Level directors.
