We currently have an opportunity for adynamic Digital Sales Manager to oversee and manage the sells efforts of our automotive team as they sell multi-media advertising solutions to local automotive business sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, trains and manages sales staff to attain digital revenue goals
- Ensures that the sales staff meets and/or exceeds revenue and world class sales expectations
- Drive the team toward the establishment of CJM as the preferred provider of digital market services
- Seeks out qualified individuals, on an on-going basis, to maintain a pipeline of potential hires
- Maintains a high awareness of revenue responsibilities and keeps abreast of the business unit and individual staff members performance to goal/targets (monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Assigns accounts and ensure utilization of complete suite of resources to drive client results and satisfaction
- Maintains a deep, broad understanding of the market (e.g. customer, prospects, and key trends)
- Hires, trains and evaluates performance to meet expectations
- Ensures that account executives develop comprehensive, individual account plans to achieve high level of individual account penetration
- Manages, oversees, motivates, monitors and assigns work, provides leadership, guidance, digital training, etc. of assigned sales staff
- Ensures that staff adheres to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 - 5+ years of related experience. Digital Sales Management experience also required
- Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively with C-Level executives
- An inherent understanding of competitive media
- Strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and oral
- Documented record of exceeding activity and revenue goals
- Demonstrated record of success in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment
- Strong understanding of customer-focused selling and ability to communicate its importance
- Excellent problem solving and decision-makingskills
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
