Our client, a Non-Profit, located in Central Phoenix has engaged us to identify a talented individual to become their Director of Finance and Administration. In this role, you will report to directly to the CEO and be an active part of the Senior Management Team.
As the Director of Finance and Administration, you will be responsible for budgeting, cash management, forecasting, long and short term planning, financial reporting, day-to-day accounting and general administration.

Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, a qualified candidate will possess the following:- CPA is required, MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of recent Non-Profit Accounting/Finance experience is required, including prior experience as a Director of Finance, Controller or CFO
- A strong background in Finanical Management including GAAP Accounting, Financial Analysis and Budgeting
- Experience in administration of contracts, insurance, benefit plans, as well as oversight of IT and office administration is preferred
