U-Haul International, Inc. is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Senior Accountant. This position requires analytical reviews of accounts, as well as communication with other departments and corporate personnel. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to meet strict deadline. the duties of this position will include, but are not limited to: prepare detailed account reconciliations, Adhoc projects for management, assist in the general ledger conversion process, supervise and backup Staff Accountant and will be the prime contributor to the preparation of consolidated financial statements and footnotes.
Requirements:
3 - 4 years of experience in accounting (public or private)
Bachelors degree in Accounting
Proficiency with Excel, Word and Access
Must possess knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles
