Job Description

The (SONY) Inside Sales Representative is expected to handle a high volume of incoming sales calls via voice and is accountable for meeting assigned sales target and/or quota.

Responsibilities:

 Meets and/or exceeds assigned sales productivity goals and/or quotas on a regular basis
 Develops and maintains customer relationships
 Manage customer expectations and escalation of issues that are beyond the scope of support
 Log customer calls accurately, efficiently and using proper writing style
 Remain knowledgeable of client’s product line, service offerings and requirements
 Exhibit knowledge and understanding of policies/procedures and the ability to determine course of actions based on given guidelines
 Maintain awareness of and compliance with all Concentrix personnel policies
 Achieve specified performance goals

 

Job Requirements

Some college preferred
 Two plus years of electronic sales experience required
 Two plus years of inside sales experience
 B2C experience is preferred
 Experience with aggressive sales a plus
 Must be able to work a flexible schedule if needed:
 Monday – Friday 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
 Saturday – Sunday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
 Ability to learn, apply and present sales principles and techniques
 Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
 Aptitude to listen to caller’s description of problem; interpret, summarize and document interaction
 Ability to handle stressful situations and bond professionally with all customers
 Time management and schedule adherence skills
 A desire to succeed and grow in a professional sales environment is essential
