New opportunity for an Office Manager in Aurora, Colorado area to provide administrative support for Ameresco’s Rocky Mountain Regional Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide daily administrative support for Rocky Mountain Regional Team and activities, including telephone, mail, office coverage, and communication.
Assist with the implementation and management of energy efficiency project requirements.
Collaborate with Team to produce successful project proposals along with reports and manuals.
Lead and support internal development, editing, coordination activities required to produce marketing, presentation, and proposal materials.
Develop internal database to capture, track, and maintain customer and project information.
Provide word processing, database, spreadsheet, project, research, customer, meeting, scheduling, and travel assistance and logistical support.
Process and track purchase orders, invoices, supply requests, and related financial documents.
Identify and implement process improvements to ensure effective use of resources.
Cultivate and foster positive business relationships.
Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years administrative office management experience
Excellent verbal, written, computer, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Superior organizational, database, project, and time management and resource planning skills.
MS Office Suite proficiency. Advanced Excel, Access, software skills desirable.
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast paced work setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of RFP/RFQ process and proposal requirements desirable.
Familiarity with energy efficiency or large scale engineering or construction work environment desirable.
Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing
U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required
Ability to work flexible hours as required by projects.
May be required to pass background investigation
