Area Supervisor I at Phoenix

Job Description

The Area Supervisor I is the First-line supervisor that will oversee multi-locations to ensure specification compliance and customer acceptance within the Janitorial industry. Qualified candidates will have experience in janitorial, floor care, ability to effectively communicate with different layers within the customers management structure, self-motivated, responsible, take charge, dependable, possess  a  valid drivers license, and bi-lingual (Spanish) experience a plus. The Area Supervisor I usually reports to a District Manager Cor higher). and is Exempt from overtime if supervising 2 or more employees.

Duties can include: Scheduling of project work, screening of new employees, checking for work completion, monitoring quality control, and insuring ISS employees follow all rules set forth by the customer

Job Requirements

Job Requirements  & Qualifications: HS or GED preferred.  Janitorial  and supervisory experience is a must.  Excellent time management skills; able to work independently; bilingual is helpful.
