Network Project Analyst at Scottsdale

The Network Project Analyst is Responsible for tracking, coordinating and implementing Pharmacy and Network Enrollment and Pricing projects (Medicare Part D, Medicaid and Commercial), across the adjudication platforms and other internal systems. This will include working with the Enrollment and Analysis teams, Account Teams, IT and other internal and external partners, to research and resolve issues, clarify requirements, complete/implement the project and document the decisions and results. Projects will vary in duration, complexity and scope, and several projects will be in process at any given time. Position will also support general project tracking and meetings across the various teams, as well as department Periodic Access Reviews (PAR), and other UAR/SOX/IAS reviews and audits.

3+ years of applicable experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong research, analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of pharmacy network operations and claims processing flow/adjudication processes are desired. Understanding of pharmacy contracting and solicitation process is desired.

Prior experience with Medicaid or Health Plan Account Management or Project Management, Medicare Part D, or other government programs is required. Cross-platform expertise with Caremark systems desired.

Working knowledge of Sharpoint and SFDC.

BA/BS in healthcare or business-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute. If no degree, two additional years of experience are required for each year of college not completed.
