Comforce has an immediate opportunity for a .Net / Programmer Analyst Developer in Chandler, AZ. The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for designing and maintaining data intake processes, providing assistance on established code sets and supporting existing applications.Responsibilities:
- Conducts analysis, design, evaluation, testing and implementation of systems related to data processing and reporting
- Performs maintenance and modification of existing data intake/extraction processes, application, and reporting logic
- Works with customers and/or business systems analyst to translate business needs into technical processes and helps to plan for the implementation and impact of those processes
- Monitors system performance and tunes programming as appropriate
- Tests software, and assists with QA and Release Management tasks of deliverables
- Recommends changes in business process, workflow application, database designs as needed
- Troubleshoots issues related to data intake, data extraction, data reporting or applications designed to support operations of largely automated nature
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert on .NET, SQLServer2008 solutions along with Sharepoint
- Works with other programmers to manage and improve both monthly and daily processes
- Works with team members to ensure success of data management projects and enhancements through requirements, documentation, project management and QA
- Works in partnership with customer base to insure meeting of business requirements supported in BT systems
- Actively seeks opportunities for improvement of established processes
Job Requirements
Key Technical Skills - Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET, C#, SQL Server 2008, SSIS, TSQL- DTS, XMLRelated Technical Skills - UML, Java, Informatica, UNIX, Oracle, HTML/ASP
Job Complexity - Works on problems of moderate to complex scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Adheres to corporate practices and standards required of all Programmer/Analysts
Supervision - Normally receives general instructions on routine work. Receives guidance on new projects or assignments, which requires innovation and expertise to be exhibited in proposing or delivering high quality, expectation-meeting results.
Experience/Education - BS or BA Computer technology related college degree augmented with a minimum of 7-10 years of related experience in Microsoft centric technologies.
