We value and promote diversity and inclusion in every aspect of our business and at every level of our organization.The CLG team includes Home Lending, Consumer Credit Card, Personal Loans and Lines, Direct Auto, Dealer Services, Commercial Auto, Retail Services and Education Financial Services including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses - Human Resources, Finance, Credit Risk, and Compliance & Operational Risk.Join the #1 Mortgage originator and servicer (Source: Inside Mortgage Finance)Our Consumer Credit Solutions (CCS) Marketing and Channel Partnerships team supports Consumer Financial Services (credit card, personal lines and loans, direct auto loans, fee-based services and rewards programs) and Education Financial Services (EFS-student loans) with compelling cross-channel marketing and sales strategies and program execution to drive profitable growth.This position will serve as a program manager supporting the Consumer Credit Solutions Group. Channel Partnerships Team, specifically the Specialty Channel Team with the build out documentation and mapping of channel management processes for the WBR, WFCC and, WFHM channels. This position will also develop the project management process for initiatives in these Specialty Channels which span all Consumer Credit Solutions products (Auto, Credit Card, Home Equity, Personal Lines & Loans, Student Lending and Rewards/Enhancement Services. Manage the program aspects of the WFCC Credit Events, developing project plan timelines and communication/messages for use by channel leadership, managing vendors and coordinating session delivery/materials with the Specialty Channel Market Growth and Development Consultants. Develop monthly channel/operating review materials, including the analysis and presentation of data trends and collection of sales support activities; position will work closely with channel managers, sales teams and other support areas with the Channel Partnerships team to support the presentation of information in various operating/program reviews formats. Support the development and implementation of the channel proof of concept initiatives, coordinating with product and channel partners to refine the recommendation, define financial impacts (working with finance), deploy the test/learn concept, and manage the analysis and presentation of results to aid in senior management presentations. Collaborate with Channel Marketing and Implementation team to identify communications/tools/resources that need to be versioned for specialty channels. Create process for these items to be identified reviewed and delivered to sales team in order to align with current process for Regional Bank.Preferred location: Denver, CO Would consider any CCS Hub locations such as Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Des Moines, IA

Job Requirements

5+ years marketing experience.
