Job Description

Responsibilities: A growing and established Technology Company in the N.W. Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) area is looking for a few junior to mid level C# Software Developers.Position Summary:Assist with completion of large scale integration projects. Ideal candidates should have a successful track record of working in a team environment developing mission-critical line-of-business applications using the Microsoft .NET framework.Essential Duties:

• Develop software solutions based on gathered business requirements for line-of-business applications
• Develop software solutions in a team environment, which may require development within any tier of the software solution, using current industry and development best practices and methods
• Maintain a current, working knowledge of architectural and methodology trends within the software development industry
• Follow the companys programming standards, procedures and development methodologies in the performance of the above duties
• Ensure consistent level of quality in the design and implementation of software solutions and guarantee the security of all developed solutions through the use of proper source code maintenance
• Perform as a member of the Development team in order to accomplish special complex projects and tasks
• Perform other job duties/responsibilities as may be assigned for the successful operation of the department

Job Requirements

The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):

• A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience to substitute for the degree
• Minimum 1-3 years of software development experience using the C# development language and Microsoft .NET Framework in a production environment
• Minimum 1-3 years of Object-Oriented development experience within a Microsoft Windows Server environment (NT, 2000, or 2003)
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience developing multi-tier software solutions in a business environment
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 is a plus
• Experience working with Windows services, WCF, and/or Web Services is a plus
• Knowledge of XML web services is a strong plus
• Proven analytical and problem solving techniques
• Ability to work as a proactive, resourceful, cooperative and respectful team member
