Production Support Analyst - .NET / SQL at Phoenix

A Kforce client is seeking a Production Support Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ). This position is for a 6 month or longer contract.

Roles:

• Will deal with Break/Fix of triaged tickets- looking at applications


• File Transfer scenarios


• Working in 6 or more systems- some sunset and replaced


• May need to lead some meetings


• Work in a collaborative team (12 on team some contractors and developers)

Required experience with:

• Release and deployments


• Web analytics


• .NET and SQL framework


• Strong oral and written communication required


• Able to work in established process and suggest new for new systems


• E-claim and HIPPAA experience a plus


• Fast paced environment


• Sterling Integration


• Foresight Claims software
