Your responsibilities will include design, deployment, and maintenance of MicroStrategy schema objects, reports, and documents, and serving as a mentor/leader for a team of report developers.The typical tasks for this position will include: Design, development and implementation of schema, report, and document objects Consult with database developers to coordinate development efforts Work with business analysts in group to design and develop reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc capabilities that meet business needs/objectives Identify opportunities for reporting efficiencies and data mining techniques Assist with performance/process improvements to meet strict customer service level agreements Keep metadata current Work in environment that documents change control and documents database policiesIn addition to demonstrating the ability to perform those tasks, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to: Handle multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines Research issues related to user experience Interact with non-technical team members Self-starter with the ability to pick-up new concepts and skills quickly Goal oriented with strong data skills Strong determination to overcome obstacles Strong communication skillsAs an employer, RHI client recognizes that people are our greatest competitive advantage. Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications 5+ years of direct MicroStrategy experience creating and supporting reports, documents and schema modeling.Minimum QualificationsThis position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and RHI s client compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable all candidates required to undergo all candidates required to undergo all candidates required to undergo background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents. 5+ years of experience writing and tuning SQL queries for large, enterprise level databases Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, retain, and apply good interpersonal skills, and perform effectively under time pressure Proven ability to identify problems, analyze possible solutions, and determine best course of action to resolve Proven ability to troubleshoot and trace data related issues throughout the architecture Ability to multi-task Strong inter-personal, consulting, and business partner management skills Technical production support experience Excellent verbal and written communication Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Management, a related field, or additional commensurate experiencePreferred Skills MicroStrategy Certified Developer (MCD), MicroStrategy Certified Engineer (MCE), or MicroStrategy Certified Engineering Principal (MCEP) Experience querying/reporting against a Teradata environment (preferably version 13 or higher) Experience querying/reporting against an OLAP environment (preferably Analysis Services 2008 or higher) Experience designing/developing OLAP cubes Experience developing in SharePoint Experience working in the mortgage industry
