Our branch in Phoenix, Arizona is growing! And as result, we are looking to add a seasoned Healthcare Staffing Agency On-Call Coordinator to our after-hours team.
POSITION SUMMARY:
An effective On-Call Coordinator plays a critical role in driving branch revenues. Accordingly, the On-Call Coordinator is responsible for answering phones after hours and taking messages and re-scheduling shifts. This position is accountable for computer and internet access from home.

Key Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills and deep experience working with healthcare facilities, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Must be able to work after-traditional business hours, over-night, when the traditional office location is closed.
- Must have a working home office with access to the internet, phone, fax and scanner.
- Critical thinking skills are essential; the successful candidate will be a good problem solver as they work to re-fill cancelled shifts.

Monday $40.00
Tuesday $40.00
Wednesday $40.00
Thursday $40.00
Friday $75.00
Saturday $100.00
Sunday $100.00
Holiday pay is $150
Bonus = Every Shift Filled $2 to $5 (new or replacing)
