Job Classification: Direct Hire Hiring Full Time Customer Service Representatives for an Inbound Helpdesk in Tempe, AZ.Our CSRs will take inbound calls from existing customers, assisting them with basic troubleshooting on their phone, internet, and cable bundle product. We strive to provide world class customer service - Please apply if you have excellent customer service experience, preferably from the hospitality industry (food service, retail, etc.). Candidates must be computer savvy, able to toggle between multiple screens, type a minimum of 30 WPM, able to navigate through Windows and Internet browsers.
