Job Classification: Contract Inbound calls from insured or potential insured- these are high risk customers so they will need to take that into consideration when selling/updating to them.Assisting customers with billing questions, status of payments, requested changes to policy, and taking claim information.They will be taking calls regarding copies of coards, billings, no sales, documentation, and additions to the policy.must have a minimum of 6 months of clerical/telephone experience. Auto insurance customer service, underwriting experience is preferred.
