Job Description
The Associate Contract Analyst supports the Experis and TAPFIN lines of business as the focal point for all contract and subcontract activities surrounding the qualification, approval and set-up of professional and MSP suppliers. This position is responsible for examining the contract documents and other contractual requirements to ensure compliance for technical and professional services. The Associate Contract Analyst manages all contract documents, creates and manages electronic files for each supplier and manages the supplier contract database. This position requires collaboration with Experis and TAPFIN national sales offices and management staff as well as routine contact with perspective suppliers. Duties include: contract set-up, negotiation of terms and conditions, administration, and tracking as well as communication of supplier status, performance and contract compliance. The successful candidate should have a high degree of attention to detail and an unparalleled commitment to customer service. The candidate should be familiar with contract standards, terms and language. Additional responsibilities may include troubleshooting and resolving administrative or vendor pay issues.Serves as point of contact for Experis and TAPFIN during the contract approval process.
Reviews contract related documents for conformity to contract requirements.
Participates in contract negotiations with prospective suppliers and independent contractors.
Creates and maintains files to properly organize all contract documents.
Coordinates with sales and all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding vendor usage.
Prepares progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required by sales staff or management.
Assist on Special Projects where time and workload permit.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in contracts, operations, finance or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience providing support with vendor set ups and/or working with contracts and contract negotiation.
Experience working in a highly professional and technical environment.
Previous contracts, negotiating, or administration experience a plus.
Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency in MS Word.
