Charity Recruitment Coordinator Tempe

$12.50 an hour. Location is Tempe, AZ. You must be able to commit to a full 6 weeks of a campaign. You must be enthusiastic and high energy. The charity recruitment coordinator will be working for the Greater Arizona Chapter of a well known charitable fundraising campaign- "The Executive Lock-Up."  The Arizona Chapter of the charity hosts approximately 10 Executive Lock-Ups throughout the year in different areas of the Valley.  The "Executive Lock-Up" is a jail-themed fundraiser where business and community leaders from around the valley are asked to go "behind bars" for a good cause and raise money to get out of jail.

The Charity Recruitment Coordinator will not be directly asking for monetary donations; you will be getting their commitment to reach out to their network to fundraise.  This position is 100% outbound cold calls.  The recruitment quota is set at 1 jailbird per hour and the call quota is set at 30 calls per hour.  The right candidate for this position should not get easily discouraged.  Rejection is an element of the assignment since they will be calling business leaders to participate in a fundraising event.

Group interviews (non-paid) are held each Friday, if you are selected, you will start the following Monday.

Hours: Position is 32.5 hours/week
Monday- Friday 9:15-4:15 p.m. with a half hour lunch break from (12-12:30 p.m.)
