Asset Manager at Scottsdale

Job Description


PEM Real Estate Group is one of the fastest growing operators of high-quality apartment communities in the United States.

We are currently growing our successful multi-family property management and ownership business and have a need for an Asset Manager for the Southwest Region. 

Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, PEM offers a suite of services to meet all our clients real estate needs. 

Asset Managers at PEM are responsible for all operational and financial aspects of an assigned portfolio of properties.

Primary responsibilities include:


Recruitment, training, development and supervision of community managers and shared responsibility for maintaining the physical asset and fiscal performance of assigned properties.

Assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management.

Ensure that the supervision, maintenance, and operation of each assigned property is within the constraints of company policies/procedures and approved budget.

Annual preparation and presentation of all necessary capital expenditures and budget for projections for each assigned property.

Maintain occupancy and economic goals.

Ensure that a maximum level of customer service is provided all customers.


 

Job Requirements


Ideal candidates will possess the following:

Minimum 5 years multi-family, multi-location management experience

Exceptional communication skills

Strong time management, organization, planning and execution skills

Ability to develop, structure and motivate teams

Ability to multi-task in fast-paced workplace an focus on resources to produce results

Experience in Yardi software a plus

4-year degree preferred

Candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
