District Director Operations

General Function: The District Director of Operations is primarily responsible for achieving company objectives and executing initiatives, programs and procedures to ensure complete compliance and achievement in the areas of store financial results, customer service, operations, marketing and staff training and development. The DDO position is there to give immediate support to all field personnel and be a contact person between the field and corporate departments. The District Director of Operations provides operational leadership and direction essential to the success of 15-20 stores in an established district.

Responsibilities will include but not limited:

  • Manage the daily operations and full P/L of 15-20 locations.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service throughout the district.
  • District sales, debt management, profit performance, site operations, customer service and supervision of location Managers.
  • Establish, attain and report goals of targeted store performance expectations.
  • Authorize district payroll.
  • Communicate directly with Regional Vice President regarding store sales, debt, operational and staffing needs, business and advertising opportunities.
  • Perform audits of location financial records on a monthly basis.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain store systems.
  • Recruit, train and monitor performance of staff.
  • Audit for compliance and company/State policy and procedure including FDIC regulation where applicable.
  • Train, lead and coach store managers to increase their effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Execute all Company marketing plans and programs.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises other employees.

Job titles supervise by this position, if applicable:  Area Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Customer Service Representative.

Job Requirements

In return we ask our District Directors to have…

· Top-notch customer service skills
· Multi-unit management experience(at least 10 stores) – A MUST
· At least three years high-level supervisory, management, sales experience
· Collections experience is a plus
· High school diploma or GED
· Associates/Bachelors degree or related work experience
· Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Ability to travel (with personal, reliable transportation) within district, including overnight travel
