ConAm Management Corporation, a national property management firm, has a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support our Regional Accounting department in Arizona. This is a Temporary Part-Time position of 20-24 hours per week, to last up to 6 months. The ideal candidate will be energetic, multi-task oriented with a strong teamwork focus and ability to work independently. Daily duties include supporting multiple accounting personnel, sorting, filing, copying, scanning, mail responsibilities, and special projects.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have: HS diploma with 2 years general office and administrative support experience Strong PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, & Access Excellent communication and organizational skills a must Knowledge of accounting basics helpful, but not required.
