The Delegation Oversight Marketing and Ad hoc report analyst will be responsible for review of all Med D marketing materials to be sure that they are also compliant with CMS regulations. In addition, the creation of queries, ad-hoc reports, and metrics will be required to ensure that Med First Tiered, Downstream, and related entities (FDRS) are compliant with CMS regulations and can alert compliance of any issues requiring immediate business owner /FDR notification.
Maintain tracking tools and database of FDRs and associated training, auditing, and monitoring activities.
Assist with on-site and desk audits of FDRs.
Conducts follow-up monitoring procedures to validate adherence to remediation plans where deficiencies had been found and to promote ongoing compliance.
Provides information from monitoring procedures to facilitate improvement to Medicare Part D compliance processes and to support work groups and committees as needed.
Assists in the development of corrective actions resulting of FDR audits.
Works to develop relationships with FDRs and the respective internal business owners.
Seeks supervisory support when needed. Accepts, responds to and addresses supervisory direction in a cooperative and timely manner.
Works cooperatively and makes positive contributions to teams, including those internal to the Unit, within the Compliance Department, and operational departments.
Protects confidential information in a manner that complies with Federal and state requirements and maintains customer confidence.
Works collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop, implement and monitor solutions to deficiencies identified through monitoring.
Supports implementation and objectives of the Medicare Compliance Program.
Supports departmental and unit objectives by completing other duties as assigned.
3+ years reading, interpreting, and applying CMS regulations.
3+ Experience in marketing material reivew based on CMS regulations.
Medicare Advantage or Part D Plan operations experience highly preferred. Work experience in a PBM that contracted to provide Part D services to one or more Medicare Prescription Drug Plans will be considered.
Knowledge of the regulations, manual guidance, program directives, and audit guidelines as may be available for Prescription Drug Plans (Part D)
Proficient computer skills with strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Access, and other databases with an ability to learn internal report writing software.
Excellent writing skills in areas related to Med D.
