The Customer Care Professional is a Member Services position. This individual will answer member and pharmacy calls in the Customer Care Member and Pharmacy call center. The employee will utilize the RxCLAIM and INFO Call Tracking systems while assisting pharmacies with the processing of claims and members with basic inquiries about their pharmacy plan benefits. As the Customer Care Professional becomes more adept at troubleshooting calls and more familiar with our clients? procedures and special needs, they will take on and learn additional responsibilities. These tasks may include client-specific projects, departmental tasks, or interdepartmental projects, all of which will require the CCP to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years Call Center experience
