UI/UX Developer

You will be responsible for creating and being accountable for the user interaction model, workflows, information architecture, prototypes, and guidelines for user interfaces. Conduct user and design research including: usability studies, ethnographic field research, user surveys, prototype testing, competitive product analysis, and latest industry  Requirements

• 5-7 years minimum of experience as a Design Engineer utilizing programming languages such as:
• CSS
• HTML5
• C++
• Wireframes - experience with creating (could also be known as a page schematic or screen blueprint, it is a visual guide that represents the skeletal framework of a website)
• SDLC/Agile Process environment - experience developing and working in sprints
• Interact with product owners and customers to understand the workflow and feature requirements before building a new UI / Prototype
• Fundamental-level proficiency in collaboration applications (i.e Sharepoint)
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with product owners, customers, and stakeholders to build UI software that meets customer and product needs
• UI Experience designing and prototyping associated with building a 1.0 version of a product
• Ability to quickly take assignments and build functional UI prototypes for review with cross-functional team members
• Creative and motivated individual who is pro-active and can bring ideas to the table
• Great interpersonal communication skills - will be facing high level execs, presenting product demos, and interacting with clients.
• Enthusiastic, positive, team oriented, and organized
• Demonstrated passion for quality and customer satisfaction
• Proven experience in problem-solving (including prototyping) with little supervision

• Mobile/iPad Application Development experience
• AJAX
• Any conceptual architecture experience
• Security Domain experience
• Toolkit experience
• TestPyramid concept knowledge
