Leading Southeast Valley company is searching for a MS Dynamics CRM Developer responsible for Software Engineering on the systems team.  Primarily, MS Dynamics CRM Development in the MS .Net and ASP languages.  Responsibilities will include contributing to architecture, software and hardware design, implementation and delivery of custom systems.  This will include custom .Net development (C# and asp.net), and will require interfacing with existing application teams and business units.

KEY JOB ELEMENTS

• Develop and implement mission critical applications and functionality within the realm of the systems and environment.
• Develop or customize web based .Net applications leveraging SOAP/XML Web Services.
• Create rich user interface web applications leveraging Java Script, JSON and other browser based technologies.
• Participate in system design and code reviews.
• Provide detailed system analysis on existing and new software systems and be able to provide ideas and recommendations in order to promote reusability, accessibility and ease of use.
• Be able to quickly understand complex business processes and maps these to actual system activities and processes.
• Work with business customers to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Some travel is required.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering and 2 years with MS Dynamics CRM.
• Strong experience in object oriented design and analysis.
• Experience with C#, ASP.net, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, IIS, Web Services, XML and SQL required.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle using Microsoft technologies, XP and Design Patterns, required.
• Demonstrated QA skills and attention to detail required.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to learn new technical skills required.
• Strong written and communication skills along with abilities to perform thorough analysis (with a strong emphasis on critical thinking abilities).
• Highly motivated, results driven with strong work ethics.Application Requirements
