Principal Analog IC Design Engineers (PMIC)

A growing and established company in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area (East Valley) is looking for a few Principal PMIC Analog IC Design Engineers to join their fast growing design team.

Our client is looking for candidates nationwide willing to relocate to the Phoenix, Arizona area. Once again, the positions are in the Phoenix, AZ area.

The Analog, Audio and Power Division of this company is currently looking for Senior / Staff Analog / Power Management IC Designers for their Phoenix, AZ design center due to growth. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:
*Designing and developing of Analog/Power Integrated Circuits (ICs)
*Working with modeling and process groups as needed
*Directing layout designers assigned to the project
*Verifying /characterizing the silicon for performance evaluation
*Working closely with other functions such as Test, Product, and Application Engineering for releasing the product, etc.

The following skills, knowledge and experience are required for this position unless noted otherwise:
*Minimum of 6-12+ years experience in Analog IC Design with emphasis on Power Management IC Design
*Design lead / Chip lead experience, and architectural (top-down) design is highly preferable
*Technical Lead experience is a plus but not required
*Experience with Audio ICs is a plus
*BSEE or higher in Electrical Engineering
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
*Proven records in Analog/ PMIC design
*Strong attention to technical details
*Highly organized and extremely self motivated
*Ability to work well with teammates in a fast-paced professional environment
*Knowledge of Cadence design environment is highly desirable
