Condition Clearer/Jr. Underwriter

Cascade Financial Services is a leader in providing government mortgages for Manufactured and Modular Housing under FHA Title II, VA, and USDA financing programs .  Cascade employs a team of over 110 government lending specialists and is currently lending in 30 states and growing.  As a result of this growth, we are in need of an experienced Jr. Underwriter or individual with a strong FHA processing background to work in our underwriting department clearing conditions.  Cascade is conveniently located in East Mesa in proximity to Power and Brown Roads.   RequirementsResponsibilities will include:

• Review of credit, income, asset, purchase contract, and appraisal documentation submitted by processing to clear underwriting conditions.
• Knowledgeable with AUS environment. 
• Experience with Delmar Data Trac/Doc Trac a plus
• Good oral/written communication skills.
• Understanding of preliminary title commitments.
• Prior expierence with manufactured housing financing is a real plus.
