We are seeking Full-time or Per Diem Physical Therapists all over the valley, especially in the Fountain Hills, Scottsdale area as well as Goodyear and Avondale to join our growing team! Whether you’re looking to pick up a few extra shifts or want a new job close to home we can provide you with the job opportunity to meet your lifestyle. We are also seeking Per Diem Occupational Therapists on the West side of town to do home care visits.  TOP DOLLAR PER VISIT!!  Must have home health experience!

• Customized treatment programs aimed at improving abilities to carry out the activities of daily living.
• Comprehensive evaluation of home and job environments and recommendations on necessary adaptation.
• Assessments and treatment for performance skills
• Recommendations and training in the use of adaptive equipment

 The ideal candidate will have home care experience, but it is not required.  We will TRAIN!

   Requirements

• Degree from accredited school or program
• Current State licensure as a Therapist
• CPR or BCLS certification
• Car insurance & Registration
• Must be eligible to obtain 1st class fingerprint clearance card
• Minimum of one year of experience using your license, three preferred.
• Must be physically and mentally able to perform the essential job functions which require lifting and moving patients, pushing and pulling equipment in potentially awkward or strained positions.
